Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Repliqo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Repliqo.

The service

Repliqo lets you configure an AI assistant to talk to your customers across the channels you connect. You control what it's told (your "brief") and which tools/channels it can use. The assistant's replies are AI-generated. We do not guarantee they are accurate, complete, or free of mistakes — you're responsible for reviewing your brief, testing the assistant, and monitoring conversations. Repliqo is not liable for anything the assistant says or does within the boundaries you configured.

Your account

Acceptable use

You may not use Repliqo to: send unsolicited bulk messages (spam); harass, defraud, or deceive anyone; distribute illegal content; impersonate another person or business; attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, or abuse-prevention systems; or use it in a way that violates the terms of a connected third-party platform (Twilio, Meta, Telegram, etc.).

Plans, billing & usage limits

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis via our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices or plan features going forward, with notice. Each plan includes usage limits (message volume, connected channels, voice minutes) described on the pricing page or in your dashboard — we may throttle or pause service if you exceed them, as described there.

Our rights over the service

We own Repliqo — its code, design, brand, and underlying technology. Using the service doesn't give you any ownership of it. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and may update these Terms, your plan's features, or usage limits going forward — continued use after a change means you accept it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you provide (your brief, your product info) and the conversations your assistant has. You grant us a license to use, store, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service — including sending it to our AI/LLM provider and connected channels to generate and deliver replies.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED REPLIES WILL BE ACCURATE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPLIQO AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — INCLUDING ANYTHING YOUR ASSISTANT SAYS OR DOES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Repliqo harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, your assistant's replies, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

Termination

You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for violating these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud/abuse, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.
