- Open Telegram, message @BotFather, send
/newbot, pick a name. - Copy the bot token it gives you.

Customers don't like talking to an obvious bot. Link Repliqo to your Telegram Business account and replies come from your own name.
- Telegram → Settings → Telegram Business → Chatbots.
- Enter your bot's username and enable “Reply to messages”.
- Done — Repliqo answers your customers as you.
WhatsApp Business
Not connectedVia Meta Cloud API. A bit more setup, but it's where most customers already are.
- Create an app at developers.facebook.com → add the WhatsApp product.
- In the app's WhatsApp → Configuration, set the webhook to the URL below and paste the verify token.
- Copy your Phone number ID and access token into the fields below.
IMAP reads incoming support, SMTP sends replies. Most providers work with an app password.
Voice calls
